Metal tiles
Metal tiles are made of galvanized steel with polymer coating. Currently metal roofs are widely used throughout the world, thanks to its reliability, beautiful look and affordable price. The advantage of metal tiles is fast and easy implementation and installation.
Metal tiles are manufactured as follows. Roof tiles of the Company “Semur and Co.”are cut in steps of 35 mm, ranging from 70 mm. Upon customer's request, metal tiles can be made up to 9m 45 cm in length.
These steps assume that buying metal roof tiles, wooden poles and metal pillars should be built on a 35mm distance from each other. Pillars, which are placed close to each other, ensure durability; the roof can withstand even the gravity of the heavy layer of snow.
The Company “Semur and Co.” produces 5 types of metal tiles:
• Monterey
• Cascade
• Cascade profile
• Classic
• Banga
Raw materials, imported by our company are different from any other tiles on the market, thanks to its unique look and characteristics. Guarantee of the quality is that painted galvanized steel, used in production, is one of the best in the world market.
The company has several types of painted galvanized sheets: matt, shiny and innovation in all over the Caucasus: pre-painted galvanized steel with Printech coating. This is a product innovation in the Armenian market and is already very popular.
